A traveling educational food truck, led by Michelin-starred chefs, bringing French gastronomy to children who would otherwise never have access to it.

Through this initiative, 20 Michelin-starred chefs will visit schools around the world to share more than recipes. They will introduce children to seasonal ingredients, local products, and the fundamentals of French gastronomy through immersive, hands-on culinary experiences.

Each encounter is designed to spark curiosity, expand imagination, and awaken confidence—showing children that creativity, excellence, and passion are within reach, regardless of where they come from.

By placing gastronomy at the heart of education, this program aims to open new horizons, inspire future vocations, and create moments capable of changing a life’s trajectory.
